Schering-Plough issues
refunds to 340B entities
Schering-Plough is providing
refunds to 340B covered entities for: purchases of
Desogen in the fourth quarter of 2006; purchases of
Zemuron in the first quarter of 2007; and purchases
of NuvaRing, Cyclessa, and Desogen in the second
quarter of 2007. The refund process should be
completed by August 2008. You can read

340B participating entities should report Medicaid
